The 2022 Chevrolet Silverado arrives on the market this year with impressive new features, a brand-new interior, a brand-new flagship ZR2 version with impressive off-road capability, and new advanced technology. Towing capability and engine performance are also improved in the all-new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado.

The first thing you will notice about the redesigned 2022 Chevrolet Silverado is the all-new interior. This new interior features impressive new technology such as a new 13.4 inch touchscreen over the redesigned center console with Google built-in features like Google Maps, Google Assistant, and Google Play. The new Silverado also features a 12.3-inch center display as well as a new advanced Super Cruise driver assistance feature in the High Country trim. Super Cruise is more than just an automated driving system, it is a true hands-free technology that takes control of the steering wheel and throttle and can even change lanes for you. You can even use Super Cruise when towing.

And speaking of towing, there is 20% more torque in the new 2.7 L turbocharged engine which means even better towing capabiliies for the Silverado. As for the 3.0 L Duramax turbodiesel, its max tow rating increases from 4,000 lb to 13,300.

The other significant change in the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado line up is the introduction of the all-new flagship ZR2 model which features advanced off-road capability right from the factory. It has front and rear e-lockers with Multimatic DSSV dampers, impressive 33-inch off-road mud and terrain tires, off-road chassis and suspension calibrations with Terrain Mode, and an impressive 31.8-degree approach angle.
